Prices are per week from Saturday to Saturday to include all services (i.e. electricity, gas & water charges) and to include the provision of clean bed linen, towels and tea towels on arrival.
The above prices are for Four people maximum sharing.
A deposit of £200 is required at the time of booking payable by a Credit or Debit Card which is valid at the time of the holiday. The balance is due four weeks before arrival. All damages and breakages must be paid for. A £150 damage deposit will be included in the total cost to cover any damage or breakages or any extra cleaning needed above and beyond what is reasonably expected. This will be refunded in full two weeks after the holiday if the cottage is left in the condition in which it is found. We would urge visitors to notify us immediately of any breakages or damage.
CHECK-IN TIME is after 3pm and CHECK-OUT is by 10am in order to facilitate cleaning and preparation for incoming guests. There is one car parking space at the front of the Cottage and there is a large car park within a minute’s walk if extra parking is required.
This property is NON SMOKING throughout and does not accept pets.
WE STRONGLY ADVISE THAT YOU TAKE OUT THE HOLIDAY CANCELLATION INSURANCE PROVIDED BY US AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION, WE WILL USE OUR BEST ENDEAVOURS TO SECURE A REPLACEMENT BOOKING. HOWEVER, IF THE ACCOMMODATION HAS NOT BEEN RE-LET AND THE BOOKING IS NOT COVERED BY HOLIDAY CANCELLATION INSURANCE, THE FULL CHARGE WILL BECOME DUE.
